Intuitive coaching is a type of coaching that seeks to uncover the client’s most profound truth and help them tap into their inner wisdom. It is a non-directive, non-judgmental approach that encourages clients to trust their instincts and intuition to find answers and solutions to their questions. Intuitive coaches use various techniques to help clients gain insight into themselves and their lives, such as visualization, meditation, journaling, and exploring the meaning of symbols and dreams. Intuitive coaching is based on the belief that each person has the answers within them, and the coach’s role is to help the client access that knowledge and make better choices that will result in a more satisfying, meaningful life.

What the package includes:

1. Establish a connection with the client. Establishing a positive, authentic connection with the client is essential for effective, intuitive coaching. Use open-ended questions to learn more about the client and their goals. 

2. Assess the client’s current situation. Ask the client to describe their current situation, challenges, and what they would like to change. 

3. Ask open-ended questions. Ask clients questions that help them explore their feelings, beliefs, and values. Encourage the client to think deeply about the issue they are facing and to explore different perspectives. 

4. Listen intently. Listen carefully to the client’s responses, allowing yourself to be present and open to the possibility of insight. 

5. Use intuition. Trust your intuition to help guide your coaching. Intuitive coaching involves trusting your inner wisdom and allowing yourself to be guided by it. 

6. Offer guidance. Offer guidance and support to the client, helping them to explore possibilities and uncover solutions. 

7. Provide resources. Provide clients with resources and tools to help them make the desired changes. 

8. Follow-up. Follow up with the client periodically to check on their progress and provide additional support if needed.
